ORDER

PRICE AND PAYMENT

DELIVERY

For security reasons, RIVKA NAHMIAS does not process orders for which a PO Box is provided as an address. The jewels will be delivered under a delay of 10 days to 6 weeks according to their availability. Deliveries to Paris intramuros: they are carried out free, as much as possible within 48 hours of the order every day of the week except Saturdays and Sundays, if your order has been validated before 14h.
In the case of an order validated after 14h the product will be delivered the next day after tomorrow from 11am except Saturdays and Sundays. We will contact you to set the desired delivery time.
Delivery outside Paris: it is free on FRANCE from 600 € of purchase and is done by FEDEX. The delay varies from 10 to 12 working days.
FEDEX shipping costs for orders under € 600 are € 40. If the amount exceeds € 1500 or if delivery is urgent within 48 hours, we use the services of FedEx and in this case the cost of transport is 40 €. Delivery in the European Community: it is carried out by FEDEX in the following countries:

The delay varies from 4 to 7 working days.
Delivery outside the European community and in the DOM: The price will be calculated excluding taxes on the invoice. Deliveries to the countries in this list located in Europe and the overseas departments can be made via FedEx and the cost of transport is calculated according to the destination:
Customs duties, local taxes, import duties or state taxes, may be required by the carrier who will deliver your order. These rights and sums will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility.
Insurance: all our shipments are insured whatever the carrier to the value of the jewelery.
Delivery tracking: we track each of our shipments personally and you also have the opportunity to track your order with a tracking number that is communicated to you as soon as your package leaves our workshop.

Any complaint made beyond 4 calendar weeks after the date of validation of your order can not be taken into account.
You must check the conformity of the goods at the time of delivery.
In case of anomalies (open package, damaged product etc.) you must report it on the delivery voucher and contact Customer Service by email or telephone.
In case of non-conformity of the purchased products or if they do not give you satisfaction, you can return them or ask for the exchange or the refund under the conditions envisaged in the article "RETURN / EXCHANGE".
RETURN / EXCHANGE
Refund policy RIVKA NAHMIAS is committed to providing you with high quality products. In spite of this, if you are not satisfied with the product purchased, RIVKA NAHMIAS agrees to exchange it or to grant you a one year credit card. No refund will be made.
The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, and in the case of an exchange, the shipping costs of the new jewel are at our expense.
In accordance with the provisions of Articles L.121-20 and following of the Consumer Code, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to return the jewelry.
In the case of a credit, a confirmation will be sent to you by EMAIL.
Damaged or incomplete items will not be processed but may be returned at your expense.
