Shipping of your package
Packages are usually shipped within 8 days after receipt of payment. They are sent via FEDEX with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages can also be shipped via FEDEX Extra and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method as it incurs additional charges. Whatever the delivery method chosen, we send you a link to track your package online.
The shipping costs include the preparation and packing costs as well as the shipping costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We can not combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Shipping Policy:
For security reasons, RIVKA NAHMIAS does not process orders for which a mailbox is provided as an address.
In order for your order to be delivered, you agree to fill out your exact names, email and full address when ordering, including additional information required for proper delivery (building, floor, staircase, access code) .

Refund Policy:
RIVKA NAHMIAS is committed to providing you with high quality products. Despite this, if you are not satisfied with the product purchased, RIVKA NAHMIAS agrees to exchange it or credit you with a credit valid for one year. No refunds will be made.
The cost of return will be at your expense and, in the case of an exchange, the cost of sending the new jewel will be at our expense.
In accordance with the provisions of articles L.121-20 et seq. From the consumer code, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to return the jewelry. In the case of a credit, its confirmation will be sent to you by EMAIL.
Damaged or incomplete items will not be processed but may be returned to you at your expense.
